Outside a local coffee shop, a four year-old boy was playing tag with his new younger friend – a cute girl with an over-sized bow right on the top of her head. A group of women were seated at a table keeping an eye on the children, while sharing stories, laughs, and plans while enjoying the sun and their over-priced drinks.
When the two children stopped to catch their breath, the boy asks the girl, “How old are you?”
She replies nonchalantly, “I’m three!”
“Have you always been three?” inquires the boy.
The girl not even finding that an odd question states, “No, I was one first. Then two…but now I’m three.
“Okay,” says the boy and runs off enticing her to chase him around the patio once again. This apparently was the right answer for the boy.
